Privacy notice

Who we are: East London Damp Survey (eastlondondampsurvey.co.uk) is operated by ELDS Leads, which is the controller of the personal data you give us. To contact us about your data, use our enquiry form and say it's a privacy request.

What we collect: the details you enter in our form – name, phone number, email, property postcode, area, property details and anything you write about your enquiry.

Why, and our lawful basis: to respond to your enquiry and, with your consent (the tickbox on the form), to share your details with up to 3 local specialists so they can contact you to quote. You can withdraw consent at any time through our enquiry form; this won't affect introductions already made.

Who we share it with: up to 3 independent damp and mould surveyors covering your area, who will use your details to contact you about your enquiry. Once they have your details they are responsible for how they use them. We also use service providers: form handling (Formspree) and website hosting (Cloudflare). We don't sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it: 12 months from your enquiry, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights: you can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, or object to how we use it. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies: this site doesn't set tracking or advertising cookies.
